Job Requirements
- Ability to stay on feet while working
- Dependable, flexible, and reliable work ethic
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull 25 to 35 pounds
- Occasionally carry up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally push or pull up to 150 pounds using pallet jack or gaylords
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Willingness to wear gloves and work boots as recommended
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work early morning shifts from 1 AM to 7 AM or until the end of sort
- Experience in warehouse or package handling environments is a plus
- Ability to lift and move packages between 25 to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependability and flexibility in work hours
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in warehouse settings
Job Duties
- Be safe and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
- Load trucks for deliveries
- Work collaboratively as a team player to achieve daily goals
- Stay active and on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Participate in cleanup activities after sorting is complete
- Operate pallet jacks or move large packages safely
