Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math, reading and writing skills in English
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Capable of following directions and communicating clearly
- Experience with USDA federal feeding programs
- Experience in customer service focused on relationship management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Commitment to quality and organizational goals
- Strong analytical skills
- Work ethic to function under pressure
- Skill in operating warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, coolers, freezers, and electronic scales
- Forklift certification preferred

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills in English
- Experience with federal feeding programs through USDA
- Experience in customer service and relationship management
- Strong organizational and prioritization ability
- Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively
- Commitment to quality and excellence in organizational and project management
- Strong analytical skills and good judgement
- Skills in operating and maintaining warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Forklift certification preferred

Job Duties
- Complete all assignments in accordance with food safety and handling regulations to ensure integrity of products through proper inspection, handling, and storage procedures
- Select agency orders quickly and accurately
- Unload and receive inbound trucks following protocol for inspecting products, weighing, tagging, and assigning product codes
- Move staged orders for pick-up from staging area to PA bay door or load directly onto trucks during pick-up appointments
- Ensure proper inspection, handling, storage, and distribution of inventories per USDA, DOH, Safe Food Handling, OSHA guidelines
- Apply first-in first-out inventory stocking and distribution
- Ensure proper stacking and storage separation of food and non-food items
- Inspect products to determine quality and record salvageable and unsalvageable inventory
- Check inventory continuously for expiration dates and signs of contamination
- Perform maintenance and sanitation duties as assigned
- Assist with physical inventory counts
- Use and maintain material handling equipment and charging areas
- Participate in the implementation of safety guidelines and standards
- Emphasize and practice the organization’s mission and values
- Assist in preparation of reports, data gathering, and completion of goals, metrics, and deadlines
- Perform additional duties as necessary or requested
