Job Duties
- assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment
- pick and pack products according to order specifications
- record shipment data including weight, charges, and space availability
- fulfill customer orders via will call, delivery, or install
- operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- work collaboratively with team members to achieve warehouse productivity goals
