Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of prior warehouse or quality experience
- Previous experience with operating a forklift
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management and mathematical skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to read, speak and write in English
- Highly dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Familiarity with data entry and basic knowledge of computer systems
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience with operating a forklift

Job Duties
- Receive, load and unload trucks and put away stock
- Count and examine received stock to verify completeness against shipping documents
- check for damaged goods
- maintain records of shortages and damage
- Pick and fill orders from stock
- retrieve stock in the warehouse
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials and printing required documents
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to the company’s organizational standards
- Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer
- May also assist in counting of physical inventory
- Pack and ship orders
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat
- Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
- Sweep, dust and mop, as needed
- Assist other departments as needed
- May perform special projects and other duties as assigned or requested
