Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
- proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- must be able to lift or move more than 100 pounds
- ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear frequently
- ability to use hands and fingers
- ability to reach with hands and arms
- ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally
- meet all safety policies and procedures
- work shift from 12:30 pm to 9 pm
- must work weekends
- complete all required training modules and certifications
- maintain company policies on appearance and brand representation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 plus years of general warehouse experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to pay close attention to detail
- ability to manage time efficiently to ensure completion of work
- knowledge of general warehouse operations
- knowledge of the equipment and function of powered industrial trucks for product relocation and safety inspection
Job Duties
- Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments
- stage deliveries
- store all products in designated locations
- ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule
- inspect products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping
- obtain appropriate and authorized signatures on paperwork
- assist in customer pickups, providing exceptional customer service
- participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes
- operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment
- may operate other specialized equipment to move and distribute freight
- maintain grounds by picking up papers and trash and cleaning the parking lot and entrance to the building
- maintain stock and merchandise area, keeping it organized and clean
- mop, sweep, and wash offices, bathrooms, warehouse floors, truck docks, and aisles to ensure cleanliness
- remove trash daily by emptying trash containers, transporting materials to disposal areas, and recycling materials
- clean and sanitize products per company standard operating procedure
- complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date
- ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all
- communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts
- follow all company policies and execute company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation
- communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations
