  • Previous experience with radio frequency scanners or material handling equipment preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend reach stoop lift and stand for an entire 8 hour or longer shift
  • Comfortable working at heights of 25 to 30 feet regularly
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a team-oriented environment with limited supervision
  • Ability to comprehend and accurately process paperwork in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Flexibility and adaptability with good multi-tasking skills
  • Previous experience with radio frequency scanners voice pick or material handling equipment preferred
  • Experience working with technology such as computers or point of sale systems a plus

Job Duties

  • Follow established process to fulfill orders including accurately picking products performing quality control checks packing products inputting product information into computer and preparing orders for shipment
  • Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed including order picking outbound dock renal fluid packing IV fluid packing and automated storage and retrieval systems
  • Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment using required personal protective equipment such as steel-toed safety shoes and material handling harness
  • Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required including order picker cherry picker pacer counterbalance reach truck pallet jack and walkie rider
  • Apply acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks
  • Learn and apply new information and methods to work in assigned area
  • Maintain appropriate licenses training and certifications
  • Work on routine assignments that require some problem resolution
  • Adhere to all quality guidelines and work within clearly defined standard operating procedures
  • Work under moderate degree of supervision with regular review of output by supervisor
  • Refer complex or unusual problems to supervisor
