Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of related warehouse or logistics experience
- familiarity with ISO9000:2015 environment
- ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- ability to read and comprehend work orders and documentation
- basic soldering of electrical components
- ability to use pneumatic tooling
- ability to work under pressure and multitask to meet deadlines
- ability to follow manufacturing work instructions accurately

- experience working with warehouse management systems preferred
- prior experience supporting quality control or RMA processes preferred
Job Duties
- Preparing daily shipping and packaging documentation with 100% accuracy
- auditing shipping invoices including carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL
- processing inbound customer RMAs according to established procedures
- receiving direct and indirect materials from vendors, customers, and other warehouses
- verifying quantities and descriptions of received materials and reporting discrepancies
- examining incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items, and documenting issues
- maintaining warehouse area and equipment in a clean and functional state
- executing daily warehouse operations to support PACS fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- supporting logistics coordination for inbound and outbound shipments
- utilizing warehouse systems and databases to track, record, and update material movement
- collaborating with internal teams to resolve receiving, shipping, and material issues
- participating in continuous improvement of warehouse processes and safety programs
