Job Requirements
- Must be able to perform duties with minimal or no supervision
- ability to climb, bend, stand for extended periods
- pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- flexible work schedule including weekends
- ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
- maintain a safe and orderly work environment
- willingness to interact positively with customers
- professional demeanor
- valid driver's license may be required
- ability to read road maps
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- less than one year related experience or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- valid driver's license may be required
- CDL is a plus
- ability to read and interpret business documents and technical instructions
- effective communication skills
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to operate warehouse equipment
- experience working in ERP environments is desirable
- problem-solving skills
- ability to follow safety procedures
- good interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Receive and stock product (bulk and package)
- repackaging
- perform tank readings
- customer pick-ups
- LTL shipments
- restock warehouse/driver supplies
- loads, fills, and labels drums, kegs, pails, and other containers from bulk
- places containers on pallets for transport or stock
- picks and stages products to be loaded in delivery trucks
- loads and properly secures products in delivery trucks
- unloads delivery trucks and stores products appropriately
- completes and submits accurate records of products received or filled
- updates product load/unload slips for trucks
- retrieves and submits packing slips
- operates forklift, hand truck, pallet and electric jack
- assists tracking returned drum inventory
- maintains warehouse cleanliness and safety
- completes accurate inventory as needed
- adheres to company policies and safety procedures
- maintains flexible work schedule including irregular hours, weekends and holidays
- passes pre-employment physical and drug screening
- interacts positively with customers
- acts professionally at all times
