Job Requirements
- strong attendance and punctuality
- ability to work 1st shift, 9:00am to 5:30pm monday through friday
- physical ability to perform warehouse duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- willingness to obtain forklift certification if necessary
- ability to follow safety guidelines and regulatory compliance
- good organizational skills
- adaptability and flexibility
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- ability to meet productivity standards
- attention to detail and accuracy
- forklift certification (preferred but not required)
- basic computer skills
- strong communication and teamwork abilities
- capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- achieve daily productivity targets for pulling and packing/shipping
- process daily orders accurately and timely in a pick/pack environment
- meet picking standards of 20 orders per hour with agility
- box and pack orders securely for safe delivery
- verify product numbers and quantities during order pulling
- stock shelves accurately and maintain inventory organization
- ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- operate forklift (once certified) and prioritize priority shipments as instructed
