Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including a 5 AM start
- Ability to work in cold, temperature-controlled freezer environments
- No prior material handling equipment experience required
- Basic English communication skills
- Must comply with company safety and sanitation policies

Job Duties
- Use Vo collect voice technology to pick frozen products according to order specifications
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in selecting items from the freezer
- Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards while working in the freezer environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking goals and timely order fulfillment
- Keep the freezer area organized and maintain a clean workspace
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments zero to -10
