Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Utilize a finger scanner and warehouse management system to accurately locate and select products from designated refrigerated storage areas
- Safely and efficiently pack selected items considering temperature-sensitive requirements for refrigerated products
- Ensure all picked items match customer orders and meet quality standards using appropriate packaging materials
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to identify damages, discrepancies, or expiration issues
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily operational targets
- Verify and maintain inventory levels within your bay communicating effectively with other teams to ensure timely replenishment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines including proper use of personal protective equipment in a food-based refrigerated environment
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace
- Complete assigned safety training in a timely manner
- Maintain functional knowledge in all areas of the production line including box building and prepping
