Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- at least 1 year of warehouse or factory experience preferred
- valid driver's license
- clean driving record
- ability to pass a DOT physical
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- basic computer knowledge and ability to use WMS
- forklift certification preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to read and enter data accurately
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- minimum 1 year of general factory, warehouse, inventory, finished goods item, and line picking experience preferred
- must be able to complete a successful DOT physical
- possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- knowledge of accepted quality control procedures and guidelines
- effective oral and written communication skills
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- requires ability to read numbers and text accurately
- ability to use a warehouse management system and computer terminal
- forklift certification preferred and ability to learn to operate other machinery
- demonstrates integrity, ownership, and a can-do attitude
- critical thinking skills to prioritize and improve operations
- ability to build and maintain relationships with superiors, peers, subordinates, and customers

Job Duties
- perform receiving, shipping, order picking, and sanitation duties in accordance with SQF policies and procedures
- utilize forklifts and other material handling equipment to load and unload trucks efficiently
- ensure accurate inventory flow through process and procedure verification, system audits, and transaction documentation
- correct overages and shortage errors promptly
- analyze system transactions and investigate inventory data entry accuracy
- perform full warehouse inventory counts and weekly cycle counts
- follow safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- collaborate with warehouse supervisor to maintain inventory security and cleanliness
- support local sales team by performing route relief and driving vans or box trucks
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
