Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
- proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- willingness to work the 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm shift
- availability to work weekends
- ability to lift or move 100 pounds or more
- ability to stand, walk, sit frequently
- ability to perform physical activities like stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling occasionally
- commitment to follow company safety policies
- completion of required training and certifications
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years general work experience preferred
- knowledge of general warehouse operations
- knowledge of the equipment and function of powered industrial trucks for product relocation and safety inspection
- ability to communicate professionally with internal and external contacts
- ability to follow safety policies and procedures
- ability to complete training modules and certifications
- physical ability to lift or move 100 pounds or more
- ability to work in a warehouse environment with frequent standing, walking, sitting, and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
Job Duties
- Load and unload product from delivery trucks and vendor shipments
- stage deliveries
- store all product in designated location
- ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule
- inspect products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping
- obtain appropriate and authorized signatures on paperwork
- assist in customer pickups, providing exceptional customer service
- participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes
- operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment
- may operate other specialized equipment to move and distribute freight
- maintain grounds by picking up papers and trash and cleaning parking lot and entrance to building
- maintain stock and merchandise area, keeping it organized and clean
- ensure cleanliness of offices, bathrooms, warehouse floor, truck docks and aisles through mopping, sweeping, and washing
- remove trash daily by emptying trash containers, transporting materials to disposal area, and recycling materials
- clean and sanitize product per company standard operating procedure
- complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date
- ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all
- communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts
- follow all company policies and execute company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation
- communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations
