Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for entire shifts
- Must be able to work overtime
- Comfortable working at heights of 25-30 feet regularly
- Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction
- Availability to work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM or until completion
- Ability to maintain appropriate licenses and certifications
- Adherence to quality and safety guidelines
- Readily learn and apply new information
- Ability to work under moderate supervision
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
- Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience with RF scanners, voice picking, or material handling equipment preferred
- Experience working with computers or point of sale systems a plus
- Ability to comprehend and accurately process paperwork
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility
- Willingness to train and obtain necessary certifications
Job Duties
- Follow established process to fulfill orders
- Accurately pick products
- Perform quality control checks
- Pack products carefully
- Input product information into computer
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas
- Participate in projects as needed
- Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Use required personal protective equipment
- Train and become certified to drive material handling equipment
- Operate equipment such as order picker, pacer, reach truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider
