- capacity to work in dusty, noisy, and outdoor environments

- reliable and punctual
- Spanish bilingual skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- basic understanding of machinery operation is an asset but not required
- previous experience in recycling, tire sales, warehouse or labor-intensive work is a plus
- Spanish bilingual skills for effective communication
- strong work ethic and attention to safety procedures
- willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed
Job Duties
- Load and unload tires from trucks, trailers, and conveyor belts
- inspect incoming tires
- operate tire shredding and processing equipment (training provided)
- maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- assist in routine maintenance of recycling machines
- report volumes of materials processed as needed
- support team members in various facility tasks as directed by the supervisor
