Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend reach stoop lift and stand for entire 8 hour or longer shift
  • Must be able to work overtime
  • Comfortable working at heights of 25 to 30 feet regularly
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in team-oriented environment with limited supervision and emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to comprehend and accurately process paperwork in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Ability to follow direction and change priorities
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous radio frequency scanner or voice to pick experience preferred
  • Experience with material handling equipment preferred
  • Experience working with technologies such as computers or point of sale systems a plus
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability with good multi-tasking skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a team-oriented environment with limited supervision
  • Ability to comprehend and accurately process paperwork in accordance with policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Follow established process to fulfill orders including accurately picking products performing quality control checks packing products inputting product information into computer and preparing orders for shipment
  • Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed including order picking outbound dock renal fluid packing IV fluid packing and automated storage and retrieval system
  • Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks maintain a clean and safe work environment including use of personal protective equipment like steel-toed safety shoes and material handling harness
  • Train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required including order picker pacer counterbalance reach truck pallet jack and walkie rider
  • Apply acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks
  • Learn and apply new information and methods in assigned area
  • Maintain appropriate licenses training and certifications
  • Work on routine assignments requiring some problem resolution
  • Adhere to all quality guidelines
  • Work under moderate supervision
  • Review output regularly with work lead or supervisor
  • Refer complex problems to supervisor
