Job Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
  • Ability to operate powered industrial equipment may be required
  • Willingness to perform manual work as described with close supervision
  • No prior relevant training or experience required
  • Must comply with all company policies and safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in facility or operations management preferred
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to analyze financial data and create business forecasts
  • Knowledge of safety, security, and government compliance regulations
  • Proficiency in inventory and supply chain management

Job Duties

  • Manage delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs
  • Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal support groups to support business products
  • Oversee daily facility activities including government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, order processing, supplier procurement, inventory management, staffing, facility inspections, employee engagement and development, safety, security, and profitability
  • Perform financial activities such as forecasting, allocations, adjustments, and create annual business plans to meet business unit and corporate goals
  • Retain and strengthen customer relationships including direct customer service interactions
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities
  • Provide support to field stocking locations and agent locations across multiple geographies, and support the provider network
