Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment may be required
- Willingness to perform manual work as described with close supervision
- No prior relevant training or experience required
- Must comply with all company policies and safety standards

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in facility or operations management preferred
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to analyze financial data and create business forecasts
- Knowledge of safety, security, and government compliance regulations
- Proficiency in inventory and supply chain management
Job Duties
- Manage delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs
- Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal support groups to support business products
- Oversee daily facility activities including government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, order processing, supplier procurement, inventory management, staffing, facility inspections, employee engagement and development, safety, security, and profitability
- Perform financial activities such as forecasting, allocations, adjustments, and create annual business plans to meet business unit and corporate goals
- Retain and strengthen customer relationships including direct customer service interactions
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities
- Provide support to field stocking locations and agent locations across multiple geographies, and support the provider network
