Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- valid driver’s license for cross-training as a driver
- willingness to adhere to safety protocols
- ability to work full-time hours monday through friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- basic computer skills for data entry
- ability to maintain professionalism while interacting with customers
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior warehouse experience preferred
- ability to safely operate warehouse machinery including forklifts and cherry pickers
- valid driver's license preferred for driver cross-training
- good standing motor vehicle record
- ability to work comfortably in a physical environment requiring lifting and standing
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- basic math, reading, and writing skills
- excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage products and materials using warehouse equipment
- process warehouse deliveries, check inbound shipments, provide validation on chain of custody and bills of lading forms
- select and pick orders based on corresponding pick tickets and labels
- participate in physical inventories, cycle counting, and data entry
- operate cherry picker, forklift, and other equipment within safety standards
- utilize basic math, reading, and writing skills to perform daily tasks
- assist in various warehouse maintenance tasks
- follow work instructions and best practices to complete assignments safely and accurately
- push, pull, reach, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs
- stand, walk, and lift for long periods
- operate company vehicles safely and responsibly
- load company vehicles according to safety standards
- acknowledge and verify manifests and delivery-related paperwork
- drive to destinations, confirm orders, unload, verify products, obtain signatures, and collect payments as required
- document manifests and issue receipts for returned parts
- collect accounts receivable as necessary
- adhere to company procedures to prevent shortages and product damage
- maintain cleanliness of warehouse, vehicle, and work areas
- ensure safe and secure storage of goods
- provide exceptional customer service
