Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use material handling equipment, specifically a forklift and pallet jack
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive an 18 to 24 foot box truck with liftgate
- Able to lift and move product weighing up to 50lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm
- Willingness to adhere to safety and food handling standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use material handling equipment, specifically a forklift and pallet jack
- Valid driver’s license and no major driving infractions
- Ability to drive an 18 to 24 foot box truck, with liftgate (no commercial driver’s license required)
- Move product weighing up to 50lbs
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively, both internally and externally
- Good math and communication skills with the ability to read, write and speak English
- An enthusiastic, positive, self-motivated, resourceful team player is a must
- Experience using a warehouse management system is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and Apple-based products (iPhone)
Job Duties
- Receiving and unloading of incoming shipments
- Loading trucks for outgoing deliveries
- Assemble customer and driver orders including pulling cases, building pallets or racks, preparing for shipment and checking for pick accuracy
- Maintain inventory control, organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Moving and parking company box trucks in yard
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are safe, clean and maintained at all times
- report any safety or deficiencies to management
- Maintain personal, driving and food safety standards in accordance to the companys policies and procedures
- Deliver product direct to stores and/or customer warehouse, whenever needed
- Perform other duties or responsibilities, as assigned
