Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent military or practical experience
  • 0 to 1 year of warehouse experience
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend or twist body
  • Ability to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to maintain balance
  • Ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent military or practical experience
  • 0 to 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
  • Prior experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
  • Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds

Job Duties

  • Examine shipment contents and compare them with records for accuracy
  • Communicate with leadership to report damages, shortages, or non-conformance
  • Ensure received inventory is placed correctly within the warehouse
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing inventory
  • Perform order picking and assist with shipping
  • Sort and load delivery trucks for timely deliveries
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and order picker lifts
  • Handle and lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Apply sound decision-making and problem-solving to maintain safety
