Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- eligible to work in the United States
- ability to work various shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
- basic math skills
- physical ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and use hands and fingers
- specific vision abilities including close and distance vision and ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior warehouse experience or training preferred
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to use RF scanners
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Pick, pack, and stage automotive parts
- utilize hand-held radio frequency devices (RF scanners)
- move boxes throughout the distribution center
- follow safety rules and procedures
- assist with inventory management
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- comply with shift schedules including overtime, weekends, and holidays
