Job Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions
Must be able to lift 40 lbs repeatedly
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to visually distinguish detail, color, and other characteristics of material and objects
Finger and wrist dexterity to work effectively on computer keyboard or grabbing and packaging product
Ability to exchange information with co-workers and work as part of a team

Job Duties

Use handheld scanner to read order to ascertain size, color, and quantity of merchandise
Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves
Work alongside collaborative robots as part of the order pulling process
Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring correct number and type of product
Carry or transport completed orders to shipping audit station for inspection and packing
Cross-train in Shipping Department to assist with outbound activities including audit orders and process shipments
Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
Assist in placing incoming items into inventory
