Job Requirements

- Ability to operate forklift safely
- Basic computer skills

- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse
- Must pass proficiency and driving tests
- Eligible for forklift certification within 30 days
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to safely operate a forklift
- Basic computer skills including data entry and report generation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
- Ability to understand and follow work instructions, policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to pass proficiency and forklift driving tests
- Must be able to obtain forklift certification within 30 days
- Dependable and able to work well in a team environment
- Ability to build positive working relationships with employees and customers
Job Duties
- Safely and efficiently operate forklift and warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transfer materials and products
- Ensure all items are received per procedure and stocked in assigned locations
- Maintain inventory and prepare cycle counts
- Complete will calls
- Responsible for timely and accurate completion of paperwork and transaction entries
- Wear proper PPE and uniform at all times during shifts
- Maintain warehouse and forklift by following housekeeping and safety procedures including pre and post shift forklift inspections
- Assist customers and customer service representatives as needed
- Follow standard operating procedures, established work processes and company policies
- Perform additional tasks as required
