Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and instructions
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move materials up to 600 pounds using machinery
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, reach, and climb ladders
- Ability to follow SOPs and GMP guidelines
- Capacity to work in moderate noise and cold storage environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and correspondence
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently in a team
- Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions
- Experience with warehouse machinery operation preferred but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Prepare orders for shipment in accordance with pick tickets and customer requirements
- Check inventory for stock availability and notify supervisor of shortages
- Package and ship products following packaging guidelines
- Stock warehouse shelves and maintain product stock in work area
- Receive and unload incoming materials, verifying accuracy with purchase orders
- Inspect received shipments for damages and report findings to supervisor
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and shrink-wrap machines
- Handle production material according to work orders and notify supervisor of issues
- Label products accurately according to work orders and customer instructions
- Follow work order adjustments for quantity and packaging specifications
- Assist in special companywide departmental projects
