Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and carry boxes ranging from 10 to 100 lbs regularly
- physical agility to kneel, squat, reach, bend forward, and lift
- ability to operate hand trucks and pallet jacks on varying surfaces
- proficient reading and writing skills in English
- capacity to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to maintain balance on ladders

Job Duties
- Process orders and handle items such as files, books, binders, and backup tapes
- perform tasks like walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, and bending for extended periods
- independently handle gripping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying boxes including navigating inclines, stairs, and changes in surface/elevation
- read and write in English proficiently
- lift and move boxes, process orders, and use a proprietary computer system for tracking
- operate handheld scanners and maintain balance on ladders
- lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs
- expertly load, operate, and move hand carts, pallet jacks, and various material handling aids
- load and shrink-wrap pallets on ground level or carts, and manually load boxes onto pallets and trucks
