Job Requirements
- Associate degree in related field or minimum two years of receiving/distribution or similar experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum two years of supervisory experience required
- prior food and beverage handling experience preferred
- ability to operate forklift, lift truck, pallet jack, dolly, and carts safely and efficiently
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to physically perform all Warehouse/Receiving job duties in emergencies
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret bar graphs
- valid Driver's License and ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
- ability to diplomatically and tactfully resolve conflicts
- strong decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with all organizational levels

- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

- valid Driver's License with ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and interpret bar graphs
Job Duties
- Supervising all Warehouse staff and managing daily shift operations
- supporting and administering operational goals and monitoring performance and profit objectives
- creating effective schedules that maintain labor costs and meet staffing and guest satisfaction objectives
- assisting in departmental budget processes and ensuring compliance with budget initiatives
- overseeing the transfer and transportation of materials within the company
- protecting and preserving company assets
- inspecting incoming materials for correctness and defects and coordinating returns
- ordering supplies and equipment with managerial approval
- ensuring availability of necessary tools and equipment functionality
- promoting and demonstrating superior customer service in line with company standards
- addressing customer service issues proactively
- achieving departmental customer service goals
- ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting issues
- maintaining confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
