Job Requirements
- Associate degree (A.A.) in related field or minimum two years of receiving or distribution experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience
- Prior food and beverage handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate forklift, lift truck, pallet jack, dolly, and carts safely and efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Physical ability to perform warehouse duties during emergencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to perform arithmetic operations and interpret graphical data
- Valid driver’s license with ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Ability to write reports and communicate effectively with diverse groups
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree (A.A.) in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience
- Previous experience in a gaming environment preferred
- Prior food and beverage handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate forklift, lift truck, pallet jack, dolly, and carts safely and efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent and interpret bar graphs
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with guests, staff, and colleagues
Job Duties
- Supervising all warehouse staff and managing daily shift operations
- Supporting and managing operational goals and monitoring performance and profit objectives
- Creating efficient schedules while maintaining labor costs and meeting staffing and guest satisfaction goals
- Assisting in budget processes and ensuring compliance with departmental budget initiatives
- Overseeing the transfer and transport of materials between departments
- Protecting and preserving company assets
- Inspecting incoming materials for correctness and defects and arranging returns for defective items
- Assisting in ordering supplies and equipment with managerial approval
- Ensuring tools and equipment are functional and available
- Assisting in enforcing OSHA standards
- Promoting superior customer service and addressing related issues
- Ensuring achievement of customer service goals
- Maintaining regulatory compliance and reporting potential issues
- Maintaining confidentiality in departmental and company matters
