Job Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- have at least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
- possess at least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- demonstrate knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- have excellent communication skills
- show strong problem-solving abilities

Job Duties
- Assist the Regional Leader in implementing warehouse operational strategies aligned with national objectives and global standards
- support oversight of warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping
- monitor and report on regional warehouse performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
- identify trends and areas for improvement
- contribute to optimizing warehouse operations and improving customer service
