Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move boxes and equipment up to approximately 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills including Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn technical product handling such as servers and networking equipment
- Positive attitude, team player, and reliable work ethic
- Prior experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Receive, inspect, and organize inbound shipments of networking and data center equipment
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments including generating labels and ensuring cartons are properly marked
- Maintain accurate inventory records in internal systems including scanning, logging serial numbers, and reconciling stock
- Assist with staging equipment for deployment to global data center sites
- Support freight coordination for domestic and international shipments
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, secure, and compliant with company policies
- Communicate with logistics leadership and cross-functional teams regarding shipment status, delays, or issues
- Provide basic reporting on inventory counts, inbound/outbound shipments, and daily warehouse activity
