Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a drug test and background screening
- Willingness to undertake additional training
- Flexibility to work variable hours and occasional after shifts
- Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
- Ability to respond promptly to instructions and safety signals
- Must meet mandated safety standards
- Ability to lift and move packages on pallets at various heights
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk up to 10 hours daily
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred
- Ability to operate motorized equipment safely
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 45 pounds
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime
- Ability to respond quickly in fast-paced, noisy environments
Job Duties
- Responsible for the operational performance of Pinnacle Logistics to maximize synergies and fulfill company vision
- Loading and unloading cargo including mail, express, baggage, freight, and company materials on and off trucks and aircraft
- Transporting cargo between freighter and passenger stands as required
- Handling cargo warehousing and ramp activities such as receiving, dispatching, and staging airfreight and mail
- Operating motorized vehicles including GPUs and tugs towing up to 80,000 pounds
- Cleaning work areas, equipment, and facilities
- Learning and development through cross-training to meet customer and staff objectives
