Job Requirements

At least one year experience in cargo build up
Knowledge of cargo acceptance procedures
Knowledge of cargo security procedures
Knowledge of dangerous goods handling
Understanding of ULDs weights
Compliance with all safety regulations and methods
Regular and timely attendance at work
Ability to pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screening
Reliable transportation
Flexibility to work various shifts including holidays
Minimum age of 18 years
Authorized work status in the U.S.
Ability to obtain an airport badge
Presentation of two forms of unexpired physical identification

Job Qualifications

Minimum one year experience in cargo build up including lower deck and main deck
Knowledge of cargo acceptance procedures
Understanding of security protocols for cargo build up
Familiarity with dangerous goods handling
Knowledge of ULDs weights and cargo specifications
Ability to comply with safety regulations required by Pinnacle Logistics, customers, and airport authorities
Reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours within a 24/7 operation including holidays
At least 18 years of age
Authorization to work in the U.S. as per the Immigration Act of 1986
Ability to obtain an airport badge

Job Duties

Responsible for operational performance to maximize synergies and deliver the Pinnacle promise
Loading and unloading cargo such as mail, express, baggage, freight, and company materials on and off trucks and aircraft
Transporting cargo between freighter and passenger stands
Physical handling of cargo warehousing and ramp activities including receiving, dispatching, and staging airfreight and mail
Operating motorized vehicles including GPU's and tugs towing up to 80,000 pounds
Cleaning work areas, equipment, and facilities
Learning and development to cross-optimize best practices
Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers and regulatory agencies
Ensuring compliance with statutory and company policies, assisting with investigations or claims
Ensuring health, safety, and security compliance with occupational health, safety, and TSA legislation
Working mandatory overtime during busy periods as required
