Job Duties
- Prepare all food items to order following standard recipes and procedures within specified time limits
- Be responsible for all aspects of food preparation
- Understand and comply with HACCP standards
- Clean, sanitize, organize, and maintain kitchen equipment
- Fill in other positions such as dishwasher as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operation
- Notify Supervisor or Manager immediately of any concerns regarding overall department operations
- Commit to punctuality and attendance to meet job responsibilities
