Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in uniform handling or wardrobe services preferred
  • basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • attention to detail and organizational skills
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests
  • relevant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Receive and assign uniforms as required
  • maintain records of all incoming and outgoing uniforms assigned to employees
  • input and record employee and uniform data in the uniform tracking computer system
  • receive new inventory and ensure correct item received
  • assist supervisor to maintain master records reflecting wardrobe specifications, vendor or manufacturer, lead-time to reorder, and life expectancy
  • notify supervisor of any lost or damaged uniforms or bags
  • comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
  • operate and maintain equipment such as conveyor belt, computer, and bar code scanner
  • perform other related duties as assigned
