Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage supervisory roles preferred
- Ability to operate various machines, tools, and equipment
- Visual acuity for safety and accuracy
- Ability to remain stationary for at least 3 hours
- Capability to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently and 3 pounds repetitively to shoulder height
- Manual dexterity to grasp, finger, and reach
- Effective verbal communication skills

- Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment preferred
- Passion for people and willingness to learn
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handcraft coffee drinks with care and precision

- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Job Duties
- Supervise daily shift activities and support team members
- Motivate and inspire team members to deliver superior service
- Handcraft each cup with care and skill alongside baristas
- Develop strong relationships with customers and local community
- Assess and communicate team members' performance including service and drink quality
- Hold team members accountable for shift attendance and break management
- Support promotions and new hire training through in-store programs
- Execute operational and administrative duties with store leaders
- Implement and maintain Philz safety programs
