Join us for the 2026 season as a Concessions Zone Supervisor, an exciting seasonal role running from April through October. We are a dynamic events and concessions company dedicated to delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences at a variety of live events, festivals, and concerts. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations
- Experience supervising a team preferred
- Ability to stand and move for long periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- More than 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations
- Experience in a supervisory role is a plus
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Shift4 or Appetize
- Comfortable using mobile work applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of bartenders and cashiers ensuring everyone meets high standards
- Oversee opening, closing, setup, and breakdown of multiple concession locations
- Manage POS systems and assist with cashier voids and inventory transfers
- Track inventory levels to avoid shortages, reduce waste, and maintain financial accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints to ensure top-notch customer service
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure food and beverage quality and compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate event details and coordinate with venue management for seamless operations
