Join us for the 2026 season as a Concessions Zone Supervisor, an exciting seasonal role running from April through October. We are a dynamic events and concessions company dedicated to delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences at a variety of live events, festivals, and concerts. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations
  • Experience supervising a team preferred
  • Ability to stand and move for long periods
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • More than 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations
  • Experience in a supervisory role is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Shift4 or Appetize
  • Comfortable using mobile work applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Supervise and lead a team of bartenders and cashiers ensuring everyone meets high standards
  • Oversee opening, closing, setup, and breakdown of multiple concession locations
  • Manage POS systems and assist with cashier voids and inventory transfers
  • Track inventory levels to avoid shortages, reduce waste, and maintain financial accuracy
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints to ensure top-notch customer service
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure food and beverage quality and compliance with health and safety standards
  • Communicate event details and coordinate with venue management for seamless operations
