Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to attend hiring event on November 5th from 1 PM to 4 PM
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug testing if applicable
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English for Asian VIP Casino Host role
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Job Duties
- Conduct on-the-spot interviews during hiring events
- Interact professionally with potential candidates and visitors
- Assist in the hiring process for various departments including Food & Beverage and Security
- Coordinate with department managers to match candidates with suitable roles
- Maintain records of candidate information and interview outcomes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and equal opportunity employment standards
