Job Duties
- Prepares and mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as specified by the bartender's drink mixing guide
- assumes responsibility and accountability for member's lounge charges and tallies them daily
- assists with weekly liquor inventory and ordering
- takes orders and provides service graciously and courteously
- maintains established standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness
- attends in-service training and educational seminars as assigned
- maintains safe and sanitary conditions of work areas for employees and members
- sets tables and maintains workstations according to Vicar's Landing policies
- communicates menu selections, specials, and requests effectively
- completes all assigned side work including cleaning and sanitizing cocktail lounge and bar areas
- performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
