- ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Job Duties
- Greet and/or acknowledge customers in a timely manner
- take drink/food orders and be able to answer any menu-related questions a customer may have
- suggest menu items to customers
- be able to use our POS system correctly
- accurately deliver drinks/food to table
- check on the customers to make sure they are having an enjoyable dining experience
- deliver check to customers
- follow all cleanliness standards and complete side work assignments accurately
- work with other staff as a team and always have a positive, upbeat, and energetic attitude
- work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
