Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of front-of-house experience in food service
- supervisory experience strongly preferred
- experience in a healthcare or senior living environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to lead a team
- availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise daily dining room operations, including scheduling and assigning duties to front-of-house staff
- ensure a high standard of customer service, with attention to the needs of elderly residents
- train, coach, and support servers to promote a positive team environment and professional service
- monitor dining room cleanliness, table settings, and adherence to sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with dietary and healthcare teams to ensure compliance with resident dietary requirements and medical needs
- address resident concerns or feedback with professionalism and care
- assist in onboarding new staff and conducting ongoing training sessions
- support management with inventory tracking, ordering supplies, and operational improvements
