Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior restaurant experience required
- availability for evening shifts from 4pm to 8pm and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to maintain a professional appearance
- must pass influenza vaccine, TB test, drug screen, and background check

Job Duties
- Serve all meals in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner
- explain daily menus including key ingredients and allergen information
- know resident names and table assignments
- set and clear dining room tables according to department standards
- maintain quality dining room and kitchen standards by cleaning as assigned
- complete assignments and duties accurately and timely
- adhere to food safety, workplace, and sanitation standards
- follow uniform guidelines
- efficiently enter orders into dining services computer system
