Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read and write the English language
- evening availability from 4 pm to 8 pm
- weekend availability
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- willingness to comply with health and safety requirements including flu vaccine, TB test, drug screen and background check

Job Duties
- Serve all meals in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner
- explain daily menus in detail including key ingredients and allergen information
- know resident names and table assignments
- set and clear dining room tables in accordance with department standards
- maintain quality dining room and kitchen standards by cleaning as assigned
- complete assignments and duties accurately and timely
- adhere to food safety, workplace and sanitation standards policies and procedures
- adhere to uniform guidelines
- efficiently enter orders into dining services computer system
