- ability to work weekend shifts including early morning and evening hours
- food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- serve high-quality meals in a restaurant-style setting

- support the overall dining experience by exceeding resident expectations
