Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work rotating weekend shifts
- ability to communicate effectively with seniors and team members
- basic knowledge of food safety practices
- previous experience in a dining or food service environment preferred
Job Qualifications
- food service experience preferred but not required
- food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- serve high-quality meals in a restaurant-style setting
- provide friendly, attentive service to residents, staff, and guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization in server stations, dining rooms, and food prep areas
- assist with food prep and ensure proper sanitation and safety procedures
- support the overall dining experience by exceeding resident expectations
