Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in a customer service role preferred but not required
  • ability to communicate effectively with seniors and team members
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • willingness to receive COVID vaccine (recommended)
  • reliable transportation or ability to commute to Wake Robin location

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a customer service or dining role is an asset
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work well with seniors and understand their specific needs
  • reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
  • willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
  • ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • serve meals to residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • assist residents with dining needs and special dietary requirements
  • ensure dining areas are clean and set up according to standards
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery
  • provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and addressing resident needs
  • maintain safety and sanitation protocols in the dining area
  • participate in team meetings and trainings to improve service quality
