Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 14 years
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions
- Effective communication skills with residents and team members
- Ability to remember multiple assignments despite frequent interruptions
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to see, hear, and speak clearly
- Capacity to perform physical duties including lifting up to 15 pounds and assisting in resident evacuation
- Willingness to work every other weekend 6:30 am to 2:00 pm
- Must adhere to dress code and company policies
- Ability to work in wet, humid, hot, and cold environments
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 14 years
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to read, comprehend and retain instructions
- Basic computer skills including data, word processing and spreadsheets
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of food handling and infection control including HACCP standards
- Ability to follow directions and adapt to emergency situations
Job Duties
- Demonstrate effective customer service skills
- Greet residents warmly and take their food orders
- Deliver food to tables with courtesy
- Clear dishes before serving next course
- Clear tables at the end of meals and pre-set for the next service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area
- Participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions
- Assist with food preparation as assigned
- Follow department dress standards and safety protocols
- Operate food service equipment safely
- Perform other duties as required
