Job Duties
- support the kitchen by washing dishes and pots as well as perform general cleaning duties
- distribute and store clean post, dishes, and utensils in appropriate locations in accordance with proper sanitary control
- clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen areas
- receive deliveries and check stock in appropriate areas
- assist with catering functions, as needed
