Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Alcohol Servers License
  • 1-2 years wait-staff experience preferred
  • ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • knowledge of proper food handling procedures
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • attendance of Wait-Staff Training class within 30 days of hire
  • physical ability for extended standing, walking, lifting, bending, and stooping
  • willingness to work two weekends and have one weekend off
  • punctuality and reliability
  • adherence to dress code and hygiene standards
