Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or waitstaff role
Ability to multitask efficiently
Excellent communication skills
Patience and professionalism in customer interactions
Physical stamina for standing and walking during shifts
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Experience as a waiter/waitress in restaurant or food-service industry
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
Strong multi-tasking skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Professional, patient, and able to satisfy demanding customers
Experience working with senior population preferred
Team player willing to assist for pleasurable dining experience
Familiarity with food safety and health guidelines is a plus
Ability to adjust to different personality types positively
Reliable, caring, and gentle demeanor
Respectful and calm with elderly individuals

Job Duties

Patiently and cheerfully taking resident meal orders
Checking station tables for settings and cleanliness
Reading the menu before service to assist residents with selections
Assisting in plating and portion control of appetizers, salads, soups, beverages, and desserts
Bussing tables at the end of meals
