Job Requirements
- Must be minimum of 16 years old
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of food handling and infection control including HACCP standards
- Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills
- Capability to follow directions and systems as indicated
- Willingness to perform cleaning tasks and side jobs
- Ability to operate job related food service equipment safely
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills
- Minimum age of 16 years
Job Duties
- Greet residents warmly and take their food order
- Deliver food ordered by resident and guests to the table and demonstrate a courteous and considerate manner to all guests
- Clear prior course dishes before serving next course
- Clear tables at the end of the meal and pre-set table for the next meal service
- Perform cleaning responsibilities as assigned and ensure that the dining room is maintained in a sanitary and orderly manner
- Assist with preparation of food items as assigned
- Stock salad bar according to diagram
