Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Food Handlers Card (FH) within 30 days of hire
- Allergen Awareness Certification within 180 days of hire
- Ability to work scheduled shifts wearing facility-approved uniform
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to dining service
- Punctuality and time management skills
Job Qualifications

- One year customer service experience in hospitality (preferred)
- Knowledgeable of menu options and ingredients
- Ability to use food service software and hardware
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle food safely following guidelines
Job Duties
- Follow standard service protocols ensuring timely greeting, seating, and meal delivery
- Understand and respond sensitively to the needs and preferences of seniors and guests
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate meal preparation and service
- Complete daily side work including restocking supplies and cold food prep
- Assemble resident trays accurately according to menu and dietary restrictions
- Utilize food service software/hardware for order accuracy
- Adhere to quality controls, food safety, and sanitation procedures
